The AVP, Provider Sales ROS is responsible for leading a team of field sales executives to achieve sales and growth goals within the Provider segment. This role will be responsible for $18 million in annual bookings. This leader is responsible for developing and maintaining a sales organization that ensures collaboration and coordination with the Business Units, Generalist teams, Inside Sales teams and Account Management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership 50%

Selling- 25%

Collaboration with Key Stakeholders- 25%

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive team direction around targeting the right customers, develop/execute innovative business strategies, align the organization to take advantage of new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with Generalist and Inside Sales leaders to ensure that teams are working together optimally
  • Recruit, coach and develop an effective team of Specialist Sales Managers capable of delivering sales and revenue goals

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to inform management's strategic decision making.



MINIMUM JOB Qualifications

Education / Training:

  • Bachelors Degree

Business Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years people management experience

Specialized Knowledge / Skills:

  • Working knowledge of healthcare information systems
  • New business sales acumen (hunter vs. farmer)
  • Proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of time

Working Conditions:

  • Environment - Office environment, up to 70% travel required.
