Many factors from work and home can negatively affect an employee, leading to emotional instability, unpredictable responses and an overall miserable time on the job. Mary Beth Wisniewski, Mental Health and Wellness Counselor at Cardinal Stritch University, joins us to examine the volatile emotions and behaviors that can damage the individual and the company. She will also give us some pointers in dealing with the strains of the work environment.
