Position Summary:
The Brand Manager-Rifles/Suppressors reports to the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the SIG SAUER rifle and suppressor product categories. The Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and the internal creative team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the firearms industry and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
Job Duties & responsibilities:
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Marketing or a related field.
*Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies (Positioning, brand development, media, marketing innovation, and project leadership).
*5 - 7+ years of prior marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility for brand messaging/positioning.
Skills:
*Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort level with a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
*Collaborative, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Passionate, creative storyteller with a strong ability to guide creative development and bring marketing ideas to life through copywriting, script development, and creative feedback.
