Responsibilities What does our Accounts Receivable Customer Payments Analyst do? The purpose of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Customer Payments Analyst is to assist the Cash Manager and Assistant Managers in day-to-day projects as well as work on updating processes and procedures in the Cash Department. Accuracy and attention to detail is a priority in this position in order to keep customer accounts up to date. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Process ACH and credit card payments. Call customers regarding declined and expired credit cards. Call customers regarding past due balances. Print and mail invoices, receipts, and other various letters relating to the AR Department. Submit invoices through various customers' web portals. Return checks to customers that we are unable to apply. Call and email customers regarding address corrections for returned mail. Run daily and weekly reports to ensure accounts are updated and charged. Unlocking and locking the front door of the office. Assist customers and vendors that walk into the office. Pick up mail at the post office or mailbox. Open, sort, and distribute mail. Organize checks by size with attached invoice. Apply correct postage to outgoing mail and bring to mailbox or post office as needed. Ability to work on multiple systems at once Able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment Have knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil North America Be punctual for scheduled arrival, departure, and break times Be able to work the required days and hours for the position, which is integral to the success of the role, and due to business needs, especially during month end What do you need? High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Required Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
