Position Summary
The Molding Operator is responsible for conducting all manufacturing functions within the Molding area, including setting up and running related equipment. This role involves monitoring equipment and process output, conducting in-process quality inspections, supporting LEAN and HPT culture, and adhering to internal SOPs. The operator is also expected to solve problems related to quality, materials, and equipment.
