Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:

• Employee relations resolve employee issues fairly and objectively using appropriate methods.
• Compliance and policies adhere to policies and procedures and stay current on employment laws, HR trends and best practices.
• Management collaboration partnering with managers and supervisors to engage effectively across the organization.
• HRIS and payroll maintain accurate personnel records (hard copy and electronically), and manage applicable disability, workers comp or FMLA needs.

Requirements of the Human Resources Generalist:

• A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two (2) years human resource experience.
• Knowledge of HR and employment laws, practices and concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing demands in a busy environment.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel.
