Minimum Requirements:
At least 18 years of age or older. Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalency.1-3 years experience in moving furniture and equipment. Hold and maintain a valid Washington State driver's license. The ability to work with customers in a professional manner. Possess a solid background in customer service and relations. Superior communication skills with problem-solving abilities. Able to pass: Drug Screen, and Background Check.
Job Safety Requirements:
Must follow strict safety procedures and a strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines. Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, company policies and procedures, and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds alone or 100+ pounds with the team; move and load or unload material from facilities, vehicles, and/or carts; push and maneuver carts, and/or dollies.
Skills Required:
Outstanding organization techniques and skills and the capability to transform those skills into efficient processes. Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with personnel and contractors. Proven experience in customer service.
