• Perform basic preventive maintenance orders.
• 2nd line of defense on machine breakdowns and machine recoveries. (Between machine attendants and technicians)
• Maintain and report accurate data regarding PMs and machine breakdowns.
• Detect machine malfunctions through observation and troubleshooting.
• Basic machine optimization to include, but not limited to improving rate efficiency, and reducing pre-process rejects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience as a machine attendant or similar role.
• General understanding of pneumatics, electronics, and mechanics.
• Familiarity using various power and hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• General computer skills including Microsoft outlook, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to further training and skills on the job and attend off-site classes.
