Summary
Senior Wealth Associates are pursuing the Wealth Advisor career path and actively participating in a Wealth Advisory Team. In this position, they are gaining exposure in all areas of Wealth Management, working closely with Wealth Advisors and various departments.
Client Responsibilities
- Participate, take notes, and present in client meetings
- Coordinate with client for data
- Outline/summarize client meeting, recommendations, and action items
- Draft client emails subject to review by WA or TL
- Other client meeting preparation or follow up as needed
Team Responsibilities
- Participate and be a valuable contributor in various team meetings across departments
- Assist a wealth advisory team in development of financial plans and recommendations
- Assist a wealth advisory team with client onboarding and servicing
- Help prepare materials needed for client meetings and follow-ups
- Train other Wealth Associates
Firm Responsibilities
- Understand and support the firm's vision, mission, and strategy
- Engage in teambuilding and integrate into the culture of the firm
- Participate in the Wealth Advisor Residency Program
Degrees and Designations
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or other business-related degree
Experience Requirements
- Professional work experience required
- Successfully completed the CFP exam (or within 6 months)
- Satisfy all responsibilities and requirements of Wealth Associate role

- Active pursuit and completion of CFP designation
