Hybrid Position

Our client, is a healthcare organization with a nationwide presence, is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to become a part of their team. This company is known for delivering top-notch services and solutions to its customers.

Primary Duties:

- Oversee and manage accounts payable records and payment schedules
- Guarantee timely payment of financial obligations
- Use sophisticated financial software to handle billing processes, such as allocating and settling invoices
- Perform thorough financial audits and reconciliations
- Work with vendors and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and the optimization of process efficiencies

Necessary Qualifications and Expertise:

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable positions
- Mandatory: Extensive experience with NetSuite and similar ERP systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel and the capability to quickly learn new financial software
- Proven track record of excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as successful collaboration
- Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changes efficiently
- Must be a team player, open to change, and work effectively with others

Prerequisites:
- NetSuite / ERP experience is a must

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
