Job Description
Support the Facility Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property, including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client's corporate real estate goals and objectives.
Essential Functions
Must have a working knowledge of the Corrigo Platform. **Required**
Work with the Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services in the Corrigo platform.
Maintain client satisfaction with the delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
Interface with occupants of selected properties remotely in the NE region.
24/7 emergency call support is required
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Support work order management for vendors as necessary.
Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); assist with monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA's) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
Assist in developing and implementing the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Facilities Manager.
Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works, and other work orders, tracking remotely to completion.
Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors, and the level of spending with Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE).
Oversee Snow and landscaping contracts and work orders for the account.
Must be able to work in high-pressure situations.
Coordinate discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review.
Manage the maintenance of existing contracts.
Source local services to perform day-to-day operations through 3rd party suppliers. This could include writing a contract scope of work, obtaining necessary vendor set-up forms, and reviewing certificates of insurance for compliance.
Support the IFM team in collaborating with the account Sourcing team on national and regional sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-throughs, and manage national and regional supplier performance at the property level.
Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems).

Coordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is advantageous.
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible.
