Job Description
Pay: $52900 - $76700 / year
Schedule: M - F; 8a - 5-p
Location: Downtown Bellevue, WA | Meta Campus

Job Summary
Provide general overall Facilities Management services including continuous monitoring of the facility. Work with facility manager(s) and/or assistant facility managers to handle routine facility management operations, including but not limited to: procurement of supplies and services, assigning work orders within CMMS, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, asset/equipment tracking/disposal, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Supporting tasks for site events to ensure any assigned tasks for the group or our sub-contractors are completed.

Area of Responsibility
Assist Facilities Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers
Work order entry and monitoring; redirect work orders that are assigned to wrong vendor or location; request NTE increases and approvals
Monitor work order SLA adherence
Assists with the coordination, scheduling, follow-up and satisfaction of maintenance activities
Coordinates with onsite and regional Facilities team to advance service quality and enhance the client partnership
Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.

Experience
Superior customer service skills and orientation
2-4 years professional experience
Experience working within Corrigo or other CMMS/Automated Work Order systems a plus
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Possess strong written, verbal and people skills
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
