The Implementation Project Lead is responsible for the successful implementation of the various components of VE products through the effective execution of ADP Implementation Methodology using excellent functional, technical and project management knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. In addition to project management, this role will analyze client requirements for recruiting policies and procedures and related information, determine functional and technical design and implement solutions.
Virtual position can be worked from a home office anywhere in the US.
Travel: potential for 50% overnight travel as dictated by client needs. Travel tends to happen in waves vs. regularly.
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
Bachelors Degree
PMP Certification strongly preferred
3 - 5 years Project Management, Implementation Consultant, Technical training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations.
HRIS experience desired. Prior experience with Kenexa, Vurv, Taleo or other Talent Management software highly preferred.Functional knowledge of databases, SQL, and data mapping required
